Individual lessons are offered Wednesday through Sunday anytime between 1000 to 1830 and will be at least 1 hour long, but the time is not limited.

Group lessons will be offered twice a month and will be scheduled as needed for at least 4 hours, but the time is not limited.

Group retreats will be planned as often as possible and will offer diverse experiences. More information upon request.
